| Pre-Construction – We work to learn and assist you with your project |
| objectives. We perform a “project evaluation” which includes all of the planning tasks necessary to prevent unwanted surprises. |

| Construction – The project is assigned to a project manager who will review all |
| of the tasks outlined at pre-construction, begin the construction phase, communicate on the process and recording of the progress. |

| Project Completion and Evaluation – You will have the |
| opportunity to inspect the project. We will set a realistic completion schedule and make every effort to complete the project on schedule. Upon completion, the client will be given an opportunity to evaluate the quality of work before the project is considered complete.
